Imagine going through a crisis like COVID-19, a natural disaster or famine with no access to clean water. Be part of the solution! Join Pace Analytical Services and Pentair in the fifth annual Twin Cities Walk for Water in support of Water Mission! For everyone's health and safety, this year's walk will be held virtually. We encourage participants to walk a 3-mile route in their neighborhood or local park as they consider those who make the walk daily to retrieve water for their family. Funds raised will help deliver clean, safe water to people in developing countries and disaster areas.

Why do we walk?

Everyday, millions of women and children in developing countries walk an average of 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to retrieve water for their family's daily needs. In most cases, even after walking for miles and miles, the water they have to drink is contaminated.

We walk to simulate the trek and stand in solidarity with those who must take it. We walk to bring awareness of the situation. As a result, more people will understand the challenges they face.
