In many areas where Water Mission works, women and children spend 2-3 hours walking to collect water every day. In most cases, their walk is one to four miles and the water they collect is not safe for drinking. Through the 2020 Hach Virtual Walk for Water, we will walk in honor of our neighbors around the world who walk to collect water every single day.

Water is the world's most basic resource. It has the power to give life—and take it. But there is hope. We believe that we can end the global water crisis in our lifetime. With the help of supporters and partners Water Mission has served more than 5,000,000 people in 56 countries with lasting safe water solutions.
