Yes!

How long does the Walk for Water take?
The Walk is approximately 3 miles, which takes about an hour to complete.

What is this event like?
After opening ceremonies, every participant will take a two-gallon bucket (provided at the event) and begin to walk a three-mile route. Halfway through the route, walkers fill their bucket with dirty water and carry it back to the park. The walk is symbolic of the trek that women and children make every single day to collect unsafe water. This year, we will be traveling around the world as we learn about what Water Mission is doing all around the world.

Do I have to fill my bucket to the top?
No, you can fill the bucket to your desired level. If you do not feel you can complete the Walk with a bucket, you are welcome to walk without one.
